Hi there! My name is Brittany and I'm a dedicated preschool teacher living and working in New York City. I received my B.A. in communications and then went on to get my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduate school, I decided to take a big leap and move to the big apple for an adventure and new experience. I was lucky enough to get a job at a fantastic preschool in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

         Within the past few years after hearing about countless toy recalls, toxins in  both foreign products and the environment, and listening to parents desires to go green in any way that they can, I began to feel a need for a better, safer play dough; A more kid-safe and environmentally responsible play dough. Not long after this, I developed the idea for Miss Brittany's Organic Preschool.  After the initial success of Organic Fun Dough, the Miss Brittany's product line began to expand and include additional green items.       

          Although costlier and more challenging, I stuck to my guns and insisted that our products be environmentally responsible from start to finish. Creating this product has made me feel that I'm doing something to help promote environmental awareness in young children as well as provide a safe activity for them to play with. The sky is the limit with Miss Brittany’s Organic Preschool, it provides for hours of open ended play which is really how children learn at a young age. So roll up your toddler's sleeves, roll out the eco-friendly crafts, and remember to play clean and stay green!
